Are these prints really high quality?
Absolutely! My reputation depends on all of our products being of the highest quality. The prints are printed by two different family owned shops, (one for the paper prints and the other for the aluminum and Masonite prints) and were carefully selected for their years of experience producing premium prints and based on their commitment to quality, service and attention to detail, which we demand, and they deliver.
Why do the Perseverance prints cost less than the Together We Dream prints?
The prints are based and scaled on the actual size of the original artworks, and the Together We Dream piece is larger than Perseverance. Our printing cost is on the total square inches of each print.
What method of payment do you accept?
When you check out your items in your cart you will go through our secure encrypted payment processor, Square, for you to enter your Credit or Debit Card details. Square accepts most major cards, and offers maximum security for online purchases.
If I place an order online, when will my credit or debit card be charged?
Your credit or debit card will be charged when the checkout process is complete.
How much will the shipping cost be for 12” x 8” and 36” x 24” prints?
It depends on which shipping method you choose at checkout. The cost will automatically be calculated and added to your total.
When will my 12” x 8” or 36” x 24” print be shipped?
These prints will be shipped within one to two business days.
How much will the shipping cost be for 48” x 32” print on aluminum?
Fees vary depending on final destination and how quick you would like to receive it. Please email us and we will kindly get you a quote. These prints are professionally packaged with care and ships UPS Ground.
How much will the shipping cost be on 60” x 40” or 72” x 48” prints on aluminum?
Fees vary depending on final destination and how quick you would like to receive it. Please email us and we will kindly get you a quote. These prints are professionally packaged in cardboard and ships “Freight” on a pallet.
When will my 48” x 32”, 60” x 40” or 72” x 48” aluminum print be shipped?
These prints will be shipped within five to seven business days.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, no, all items must be shipped to a physical address.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email notification including your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Can I pick up my order at your studio?
Yes, you are more than welcome to do so. Please email us and we can schedule a time.
Is my order insured?
Orders that are $100.00 or less are insured. If you would like to insure an order that is more than $100.00 please contact us and we will get you a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please contact us and we can determine the most cost effective shipping method to your location. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received your confirmation, we cannot cancel or amend your order. Sorry!
Can I return an item?
Yes, except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment.
Do you offer any Military or Veteran discounts?
